Summary of request: "CEA 16009" is to build the Universal Coarse and Fine Align Station for PDA optics benches. 


History of actions:

May 30, 2017: Model shop will cut the chasis for control box in first week of June. Chau continues putting the fixtures together.  Chau to check with Eric about effect of the new PDA chip on these two universal testers.

June 27, 2017: Model Shop just complete two sheetmetal boxes today to be picked up for the Universal Fine Alignement Fixture.  Eric confirms that no effect of new PDA chip on these two universal testers. 

July 27, 2017: Works in progress.

 Sep 26, 2017: Plan to ship at end of month so Eric can set it up at Flex. (A few alignment tools might be shipped later on.)  

Oct 24, 2017: Shipped and being set up at Flex.  Building Target Cell, Aperture.

Mar 6, 2018: Flex has all parts short of the 2998 target.  

Oct 26, 2018: Waiting for WPPL to work on capital to build 1 or 2 control boxes.

Dec 18, 2018: Edwin already replied on 2Dec18 that it is ok to utilize the budget for the CEA.  Waiting for clarification from WPPL to know which budget to use and to build 1 or 2 control boxes.

June 03, 2019: CEA# WPPL19002 for 2 control box. Pending Milford to Fabricate box.  ASK ERIC FOR COMPLETION DATE.

March 30, 2020: Matt will dig in tomorrow, and understand what is needed, and we will see if we can get someone on it.

July 2020 Matt B: Q4 2020 estimate completion date
