NIST/EPA/NIH MASS SPECTRAL LIBRARY

It also includes 

NIST MASS SPECTRAL SEARCH PROGRAM Version 3.0
for use with Microsoft(R) Windows(TM). 

System requirements

This MS Search program is a 32-bit Unicode application and is compatible
with Windows XP SP3, Vista, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11.
 
To install, run the program Setup.exe and then follow instructions.

This release contains 4 MS/MS libraries (hr_msms_nist, hr_msms_nist#2, 
lr_msms_nist, apci_msms_nist) with 2,374,064 spectra of 399,267 ions of
51,501 different compounds including 1,436 biologically-relevant
peptides.
